This is a list of frequently used local private transportation providers who are also registered as Office of Medical Assistance Program (OMAP) providers. Remember ALL rides must be prior authorized through the Medical Transportation Desk (682-4038). If you need an unplanned, after hours or weekend, ride you must tell the provider that you are a Medicaid client before taking the ride.
