Which ligament close to femoral hernia?

This is Qbank question. The answer is lacunar ligament. Because there are two ligament labelled on HY Anatomy (lacunar and pectineal ligament), which confused me. I think both ligaments close to pubic tubercle and under the inguinal ligament. But the label on HY Anatomy picture is not very clear. Pectinear ligament = Cooper ligament.
