Which kind of printer uses toner to print onto paper?
Hello, All laser and color laserjets use powder toner. All inkjet printers use liquid ink. Yes laserjets cost more and so do toner, but they also print about 5-20 times the prints than an inkjet printer. If you are only printing a little bit, get an inkjet. If you plan on doing more than 2,000 prints a month, buy a laserjet. You should research how many prints a month you are doing before buying anything. Once you know that, you can decide if an inkjet or laserjet is right for you.
