Which kind of Dulse is Best – Leaf or Flakes?
The Leaf is left in whole pieces whereas the flakes are a chopped up version of the Leaf. The leaf is great to eat as is – straight out of the bag, and the flakes are good to add to your cooking or sprinkled over salads. You can use the flakes as an alternative to salt or other seasoning. It all depends on your personal preference. Warning – May contain trace amounts of crustacean shellfish.
