US Navy provides highest enlistment bonuses compared to all of the other services. The 2 programs that are the highest are US Navy Nuclear Program and Cryptotech, which is a linguist program. Navy nuclear program also has the highest reenlistment bonuses. I am a Navy Nuclear Mechanic/Chemist and i enlisted for $18k, re-enlisted the first time for $60k, re-enlisted the second time for $90k. The second 2 times were tax free due to combat zones. But i will tell you there are way easy jobs, and that the program is mentally considered the toughest in the military intelligence wise, not mental toughness. Also it is quickest advancing job in all the military as i made E-6 in 5 years, and i was by no means the quickest.

It would depend on what you enlist for and whats needed. The Army and Air Force pay good enlistment bonuses. I do have a really upset off Marine Buddy do to the fact the Commander in Chief just cut out the reenlistment bonuses though so there might not be to many enlistment bonuses anymore.
