Which is worse for your liver, darvocet-n-100 or darvon 65mg, if taken one each day?

If only taking one each day, neither should cause any liver porblems even in someone with a pre-existing liver disease. However, Darvocet N 100 is simply propoxyphene 100 mg and acetaminophen 650 mg. Of couse acetaminophen can be hard on the liver. Darvon is propoxyphene 65 mg with no acetaminophen. So the simple answer to your question is Darvocet is “worse” for your liver but if only taking one a day I hardly think either one would do any harm.
