Which is the better city to live in…..Toronto or Vancouver?
It depends what you like. It’s really all up to you. I’ve lived in both cities. They’re both quite far apart, so there are actually a lot of people from either city who haven’t been to the other. Toronto is much colder than Vancouver, and a lot more humid in the summer too. When I first moved to Toronto I felt that it only really had two seasons: winter and summer. It seems like you’re either freezing or boiling. Vancouver does rain all the time. When it rains, it will sometimes rain for days. I remember times when it would rain for a week nonstop. Toronto is a lot bigger than Vancouver and more multicultural. Vancouver however is still quite big and it’s fairly multicultural as well, just with more of an Asian influence. Vancouver’s also more mixed. Toronto has ethnic neighbourhoods, whereas Vancouverites tend to mix, except in Richmond which is predominantly Asian. Both cities are expensive when it comes to real estate. I think Vancouver’s a much prettier city. It’s newer. It doesn’t
