If you can use Word, I would suggest using A4 page landscape and setting up a table of 3 columns. Make your margins 2cm all the way round. This gives you a typing area, widthwise of 25.7 cm. Make the 1st and 3rd columns10.5cm wide with the second, the remainder, i.e. 4.7 therefore you have a cutting area which will make your margins even all round. Lengthwise you have a typing area of 17cm so make your row that depth. You can then concentrate on putting your text, images etc in the first column, nicely centred horizontally and vertically (right button of mouse, cell alignment) and then highlight everything and copy and paste into third column. Take the borders away from the top and bottom of the second column and you have two leaflets to a page. Although obviously Publisher would be better, Word is sophisticated enough now for you to be able to do practically everything in it and with tables there is no need for separate text frames.
