Which is the best way to allow earthbound Spirits to pass over?
It depends on the spirits. Some are actual self-aware souls trapped on this plane. These are ones that can interact with you, create EVPs, move things, etc. (As aposed to residual spirits that is just energy replaying a scene over and over). But it comes down to a decision of beliefs. I am Wiccan, so I would clense the home, and preform a ritual to ask the earthbound spirit to be at peace and move on. If you are of a Christian religion, having a priest come and bless your house might be the option for you. If you are not really of any religious denomination, you could try simply asking the spirit to leave, or you can research how the spirit died, and see if there is something there. Sometimes spirits just don’t know they are dead, and need to be told.
