Which is the best waterproof mascara and eyeliner?
Urban Decay’s 24/7 Glide-on is a fantastic waterproof eyeliner. If you like that VERY sharp line, I don’t think any waterproof eyeliner (pencil or crayon) can keep that through the rain. Through running miles and through rain, my UD eyeliner has stayed on and it no longer has that super sharp look as if it’s just put on, but it looks slightly blended (in a nice way) as if I did it on purpose. I love love love it and I find it’s the best waterproof eyeliner (non-liquid). For mascara, there’s plenty of high-end waterproof ones but some aren’t really THAT waterproof. The most water-resistant, or I should say, completely water-resistant mascara is Tarte’s Lights, Camera, Splashes! [: But if you’re not in sports or doing anything where liquid is gonna get on your face, any other waterproof mascara is fine and I’d find the best one by reading some reviews (try Sephora).
