You know what, i do have same problem with you but before I took iron supplements, i underwent tremendous check ups like blood test etc. In fact my case was that my iron reserves were totally used up. So before one takes something from the pharmacy it would be better to consult your family doctor – that is the safest thing. I was given for my case an iron glycin-sulfat-complex which is actually non-prescriptive medicine or i mean you can just buy it from the pharmacy without any prescription from your doctor. In fact this is good for anemic or non-anemic person. Aside from that, iron supplements should not be alone depended upon – as its only supplement. You are nevertheless required to eat well balanced foods (not always junk foods, not always restaurant foods, not always fast foods) – who knows these fooods were heated thousand times bec they cant be sold the same day the fact that a thousand fast foods are mobbing the market.
