The words German, quality, reliable and durable just do not go well together. Yes there was a time when M.B. was one of the best. But that is ancient history (Rome ruled the world at one time too). Rolls is German owned but it is not a German car maker. There is German Ford (or is Ford German) which is most likely the best. Those of us that have owned Murkurs can attest to that. The Ford Cologne engines are some of the best in class world wide. Audi, give me a brake. They brake down just after a real car has just got broken in.
