Which is the best operating system software among WINDOWS?

Depends on your current hardware. If you’re running a low-end netbook, then I’d suggest Windows XP SP3 would work the best. It’ll use less memory and have a much smaller footprint. If you have a newer computer with at least a Pentium IV or Pentium Dual Core processor, then I would suggest either Windows Vista SP2 or perhaps wait until late fall to get Windows 7. Windows 7 with its smaller footprint will work better on the netbooks. Earlier versions of Windows weren’t really designed for the average consumer, specifically Windows 2000 and Windows NT.
