Which is the best Mobile Phone Service Provider In Terms Of RELIABILITY and CUSTOMER SERVICE?

Ok, let’s go with the UK mobile phone networks, as you are British… Your four main options are Orange, Vodafone, T-Mobile and O2. From here, there are those who rent connections, too. Orange tend not to be that good with customer service. They love automated messages and charge for a human to talk to you. Vodafone are expensive and offer the latest phones, but are not good for coverage. T-Mobile are great for downloading games, ringtones and other latest software, and also have cheaper deals, but tey lock you into their network a fair bit. O2 are not very useful in customer service. For reliability, Orange and T-Mobile are great. But if you go down the route of Virgin Mobile, you are actually connected to T-Mobile. This is a rented thing. To the customer, you are a Virgin Mobile customer, but to the network, they use T-Mobile and liase with them. They are also incredibly customer-focused, and have cheap deals too. I would suggest Virgin Mobile in the UK.
