Do you mean best location to buy in?Depends on what you want.For me,nowhere can ever beat Kent.For some the south-east is not it at all,but i love most places in the southeast of England so i`m terribly biased.If you`re buying for investment though,you want to look out for areas undergoing or intended for regeneration as this raises value.You need to get in there and buy fast otherwise even you would have to pay top-dollar for the privilege of buying in those places once regeneration is completed.Location Location had a list of the top ten places to buy in last year,so it might be a good idea to check out their website for more info.I haven`t a clue what costs what where.
