Uganda to live; Kenya and Tanzania have more organised/established tourist routes so easier to visit though Uganda has as much to see just undiscovered. Have lived in all three and the people are definitely friendliest in Uganda. English speaking wise – Uganda and Kenya are tops – Tanzania is well behind.
