WHICH IS THE BEST BUSINESS TO START UP?
It depends on what your qualifications are. Age, aptitude, education, finances and many other parameters would come into play as well. The economy is a tough one right now. What prevails through economics ups and downs is a service based business where people HAVE to have something done. Auto repair is a good example. In the toughest of times, people still have to keep them going. A perk to that is you have custody of the vehicle until you are paid for the work. HVA/C is about the same where people have to have their heating working, but the disadvantage is when you are done with a job you are at the mercy of the building/business owner to pay you. You do not have custody of the building… all you could do is either sue or place a mechanic’s lien. If you really and truly want to own/operate a business of your own then you need to make plans for it. I do know of places where the owner knows nothing, but because he is a leader, he dictates the work to be done by qualified guys. A busine
