Chromatin from 10³ to 106 cells can be used for Auto ChIP protocols with 100 µl reaction volumes. Chromatin from 106 to 5×106 cells can be used for Auto ChIP protocols with 200 µl reaction volumes NOTE: If the customer is working with primary cells or patient samples like biopsies, the number of cells can be a limitation with the actual protocols.
