Which is easier to train, a male or female doberman pinscher?
In my experience, males are easier to train. For the simple fact that they are just not as smart lol. They take longer to figure out what your trying to get them to do but once they “get it” they are far more willing to do it. They love to please. They dont think about what your asking them to do. The females are FAR smarter. They get commands quickly but tend to think about whether they want to do it or not lol. If they respect you they will still do it, but you can see the gears turning in their heads. I love both sexes. It just depends on what you want to do with your dog. Of course there are exceptions to the rule, as with everything. But in rescue I’ve seen it pretty consistent.
