Which is better Top Loading or Front Loading Washing Machines?
I have had my front loader now for 8 years – always had top loaders before. Benefits I have found are: 1. Uses a lot less water, so is cheaper as well as being more environmentally friendly. 2. Uses less washing powder to achieve same results. 3. Is much gentler on clothes – my things don’t age nearly so quickly now. 4. Because it is gentler the filter needs cleaning out much less often. 5. My clothes are less tangled at the end of the cycle. If you are thinking of buying a new washing machine then a front loader is the way to go!
