Which is better: PS2 slim or PS2 original?
I got a slim in 2004. I moved it around all the time, threw it in my bookbag, played it while it was on the floor, blah blah blah. It still worked without one single problem a few months ago, when I took it back to Gamestop. Stupidest move I believe I’ve ever made. So, PS2 slims are very durable and won’t break easily. I also played said PS2 a lot. It got hours upon hours of playtime. Once, while I was sick and didn’t feel like doing anything else, I played it for two days straight. The only times I stopped were to eat, nap, and use the bathroom. I didn’t turn it off during these times, I just left it on. And, you know it never once made my small room warm, it never once got loud or whined, and it never once had trouble reading a game. OK, so I did turn it off to switch discs. You have to do that to switch discs. And a bit of the time I was watching movies. But that’s still an epically long time for a game console to be on, especially on that’s so old.
