Which is better Oxford American Dictionary or webster dictionary?
First, please understand that anyone can use the name Webster on a dictionary. As a result, one would have to ask which Webster’s dictionary. While not answering your question, I have done my research, and I prefer the Merriam-Webster’s Collegiate Dictionary. Truth be told, I do most of my work online, so I just use dictionary.com for quick reference; I rarely use a print dictionary any more..
