Which is better, Nikon P80 or Sony DSC H50??
They are pretty close. The Nikon has a slightly bigger sensor (10MP to 9MP) but the features are comparable. They are both selling at pretty much the same list price of $399.99 at the reputable shops. Bear in mind that, at that price range you are almost up to low end DSLR range which would buy you a lot more camera for another fifty or a hundred bucks. You basically need to put the spec sheets side by side and see which one better fits what you want a camera to do: Nikon Coolpix P80
