Which is better Lutino Lovebird or Cockatiel Bird?
I have owned both and there are pros and cons to both. I had a lutino peach faced lovebird for 4 yrs and it was the tamest sweetest thing Ive ever seen. Although I played with it for several hours a day. And number 1, never, ever buy from a pet store. Only buy from breeders, they are healthier, tamer birds that are half the price of pet store birds. The bad thing about lovebirds is their needy, my lovebird died when I left it with my mom for a month when I moved. They become ver attached to their owners and need alot of attention. They can also be very aggressive if not hand tamed when they are very young, and they have quite a bite!! I have a gray male cockatiel now that is spoiled rotten he is super tame and talks pretty good. If you get a cockatiel, males are usually more even tempered and better talkers. So really it’s up to you. Lovebirds are harder to tame but are adorable and little, but cockatiels have great personalites but are really dusty!
