IPL might be cheaper but laser hair removal is more effective. it can reduce 65% of hair after 3 months of treatment unlike IPL it can reduce 55% only of hair after 3 months treatment. IPL also has a higher risk of burning your skin and not good for various skin type 4-6 or tanned skins while laser hair removal is generally safe on skin.
