Which is better ferrous fumurate or ferric ammonium citrate for human?
Are you talking about taking iron supplements? These are often presribed for iron deficiency anaemia or other blood disorders. Basically, it’s only the iron in the tablet that is of any use, the fumarate and ammonium citrate parts just make it more available to your body biologically. It probably doesn’t matter which you have, (if it is indeed for anaemia or similar), in fact ferrous sulphate is often used too. The tablets usually have around 200mg of iron in each and are usually taken 1-3 times per day. In any event, most adults would struggle to absorb more that about 7-8mg of the 200mg taken (and even that would be an anaemic pregnant woman whose iron requirements are high). The majority of the iron therefore goes straight through you anyhow.
