Which is better dragons or unicorns?
Unicorns are better if you have a sweet dipping sauce but they can get dried out if overcooked. Dragon on the other hand is a suprisingly juicy meat that is great either pan-fried or BBQ’d. It must have something to do with the high fat content of the meat. If you are a white wine person, go with the unicorn, if you are a beer person, you should lean toward the dragon.
