Which intel processor is better?
It will really depend on what your doing with the system, and whether the applications your using support 2 or more cores, but since the E8500’s cores are clock much higher, it will probably be much better in most situations, and it will definitely be much better for gaming and for applications that favor raw power.
if the applications you are using are capable of using all 4 cores then get the Q82 if on the otherhand your applications only use 1 or 2 cores get the E85 since speed per core is much better. when an application uses only 1 core it shall be executed at 3.16GHz on the E85 as against 2.33GHz on the Q82.
