Which infill does Lawn For Life use on their Artificial Grass Sytems?
When installing artificial lawn, the most frequently used infill products are silica sand and crumb rubber. At Lawn For Life we have chosen to use a quartz granule or resin coated sand infill. Unlike silica sand it does not hold moisture, which can lead to germs and bacteria, so it’s an overall cleaner alternative. Our infill is fast drying, anti-microbial and UV resistant. Unlike rubber infills, it does overheat, smell or smolder. Our infill can be between 50-70 degrees cooler then crumb rubber infills and keeps the heat down on your artifiical grass. It has no chemical residue, smell or metal content. Therefore, our healthier, low-maintenance product is a safer alternative for children, pets and anyone who spends time in a yard. Our quartz granule or resin coated sand infill is recyclable.
