Katrina, by a WIDE margin! The problem with Katrina was, she moved VERY VERY slow! She just sat on the coast, bringing in massive storm surges destroying MILES and MILES of land, putting people out of their homes and without jobs. The casinos, in MS, are the backbone of the revenue in this state, they were shut down….some for about a year, some even longer. It was as if the economy here, just stopped.
