Which HSE Staff does the RDNA Tool and Process apply to?
At time of implementation (January 09), it covers all frontline inspectors in FOD, and in HID CI, HID SI and HID Biological Agents Unit. The intention was to also include ND, but the timing for ND is now under review. There is an intention to further expand the RDNA tool and process during 09/09 to cover the remainder of HID regulators, and Discipline Specialist Inspectors in FOD, HID and Corporate Science Division. Existing competence frameworks for these groups have been collected and linked to the Competence Framework page of the RNDA web site, awaiting further development into assessment benchmarks to support the RDNA process.
