There are two rebate programs available for customers replacing their existing toilets with an HET. The first rebate (up to $200 or $265 per toilet) is available to customers replacing older, high-water usage toilets that were installed before 1992 and using more than 1.6 gallons per flush (gpf). These older eligible toilets are not Ultra-Low Flush Toilets (ULFT). Limit 3 toilet rebates per residence, over the life of the home.
