Which group has the most reactive elements on the periodic table?

I’m inclined to question whether the alkali metals are most reactive. If they only have one valence electron it is energetically favorable to donate that one electron, rather than gain 7! If filling the orbital is what determines reactivity than the transition metals are most reactive- having to lose or gain upwards of two or three electrons to form compounds.
