Which GPS units does TacMapper support?

0

TacMapper generally works with any serial GPS device that can output NMEA 0183 standard $GPGGA and $GPRMC sentences. TacMapper has been tested on a variety of GPS units including serial direct-connect devices, compact-flash, secure digital (SD) and Bluetooth devices. If you are in doubt whether TacMapper will work with your GPS, download the evaluation version and see if it works. TacMapper does not support proprietary GPS data formats such as the Garmin and Trimble formats but these GPS devices are generally able to output data in the NMEA 0183 standard.
