Which Generation of Viper.?

The first generation never sat well with me. It was not designed to be anything but garaged when there is any chance of rain because it had no windows or roof. It’s suspension is partially borrowed from the Dodge Dakota if that says anything about it’s quality. The second generation was a little better but it’s weak spot was the brakes didn’t have ABS in early models and for that reason Motortrend put the Viper in last place in a comparison with a Ferrari, a Corvette, an NSX and a 911 even though it did well in most of the other tests. The third generation really didn’t have too many faults, it was the lightest and fastest of the three at that point. The new Vipers are ridiculously nice looking especially in snakeskin green and have 600hp. If you can afford one there are few reasons not to get one. My other suggestions aren’t quite as fast at least from the factory but are none the less great cars. The Nissan 350Z has 280-306hp and can be tuned to 1700hp or more if you are crazy enough
