Which foundations/concealers are best for sensitive skin?
Drinking water could possible effect how your skin looks, but I think having bags are hereditary. To cover them up get a really good concealer. I like Concealer 101 Creamy Concealer Duo by Physicans Formula which has a yellow side for hiding the dark circles and a flesh tone to hide the yellow. You can get this at drugstores for under 7 dollars. I really like this because it comes with a brush and you don`t have to wait till it dries like a liquid one. For foundation I recommend Lasting Effect by Rimmel because its light weight, gives great coverage, doesn`t transfer on clothes, and looks freshly applied the whole day. This is under 7 dollars at Wal-Mart or Drugstores. I don`t use anything else and really love it. BTW, I have very sensitive skin, like gettting rashes, dry spots, eczema, little breakouts, etc and have not had any problems with either of these products. Hope I helped!
