Which form of organizational change requires business processes to be analyzed, simplified and redesign?
Answer Dear Apara First of all please let me know if this question is part of your curriculum where you need to respond to this or is it a real situation that you are facing at the work place. If it is the former, I would request you to capture your thoughts based on your understanding of the question & I will be more than happy to add to it. The reason for doing this is to enable your thinking to blossom rather than curb it by giving some ready made response.
