Which food groups have the least calories and the highest nutrient content?
Finding what is good or ya is not as easy as you might think…as you have found out. It will take time learning and reading labels to know what to eat and what not to eat. Firs off DON’T go on a fad diet and cut 1 thing or eat one thing. Those diets are for fat people. I would recommend counting your calories and measuring portions for a little while to get a good idea as to what and how much you eat. This also will make you look at labels and make better choices. As for freebees, fruits and veggies cant be beat. They have very few calories and provide the most nutritional value. I my self like the steamers. They come in a plastic bag you place in the microwave and in a few short minutes you pour out the veggies and they are really good. I would limit your dairy intake.
