In order to improve your complexion, eliminate the following food out of your diet: • foods like broiled lobsters and deviled crabs, • foods like tartar sauce, • foods like pies, • drinks that contain caffeine such as coffee, tea and hot chocolate, • alcohol drinks, • foods that contain lots of salt, • processed meats and other junk food. The above mentioned foods are not healthy for your skin and will make your skin complexion look bad. Most of these foods are also not good for your overall health and should be avoided as much as possible. Eating processed meat and junk food for instance dries out the skin.
