Which Fjord is closest to Oslo, Norway?
Oslo is located in the end of the Oslo Fjord, but that is in fact one of the most boring fjords in Norway. It looks more like just a bay with flat land. The most spectacular fjords in Norway are Sognefjorden and Hardangerfjorden, which is both located much closer to Bergen than Oslo. I recommend travelling to Bergen, and choose the “Norway in a nutshell”-tour. You can find more information about it on their website: http://www.norwaynutshell.com/. While checking out the fjords, I really recommend Stegasteinen Viewpoint (Above Aurlandsfjorden) and FlĂ„msbana Railway. Hope this helps!
