Out of the 2 firewalls I would suggest turning off the Windows Firewall. But to be honest, AVG and the Windows Firewall can work together without problems, so not sure why they are conflicting on yours. But as you need to turn one off, Windows Firewall should be the one. In my opinion the AVG firewall is far more superior. Just my opinion though.
