Which filter sets do I need to detect eFluorTM 605NC and eFluorTM 625NC conjugated antibodies and where do I place the filters?

There are several filter sets that are acceptable for use with the eFluorTM Nanocrystal conjugated antibodies. For the eFluorTM 605NC and eFluorTM 625NC, we recommend the 605/40 or 605/50 filter, respectively, in combination with a 595LP or 600LP dichroic mirror. Other filter sets are compatible provided the range of the filter will include the 605 or 625 wavelengths, respectively. For example, when using eFluorTM 605NC conjugated antibodies, the 610/20 and 605/20 are also acceptable filters. Placement of filter sets will depend on your current instrument/filter configuration.
