Lagasse headlines The Dominick’s Cooking Corner, the chef demonstration stage that will be at the northwest corner of Buckingham Fountain. He’ll demo a recipe at 4 p.m. and sign copies of “Emeril at the Grill,” his latest cookbook. He’s one of dozens of chefs who will do cooking demonstrations at the stage daily, beginning at 11 a.m., throughout the Taste, which runs for 10 days from Friday through July 5. The demos will be 30 minutes each and take place on the hour.
