Which exercises train different parts of the tricep?
The tricep is three muscles, but don’t let that confuse you, they are all attached at the same place. They might as well be the same muscle, meaning you can not train different parts. Any of the exercise are effective for the triceps, try close grip push ups as well, hands should be under the shoulders and elbows closer to the body than stuck out. But try and get a wide range of exercise, free weights, body weights and cable exercise to get the best results.
