Which exercise is better for flat stomach?
Hi there, this is always something we are after – nice flat stomach. There is no exercise for specifically getting a flat stomach. First of all it is a healthy diet and regular exercise, specific stomach exercises targetting your abs will then tone your stomach but it is everything all together. Some great exercises are lying flat on your back with your legs up in the air and slowly rolling up to reach the tips of your toes whilst squeezing your stomach. The large exercise balls are great also but please be careful if you have back problems and make sure you take it easy. You can purchase great books that will show you all the different exercises you can do on these balls – not just for abs but a total body workout. If you need more ab exercises, please let me know as there are heaps depending what level of fitness you have but remember, a healthy diet and regular exercise.
