Only the Platinum Enterprise Subscription, Platinum Support Plan and Unlimited Enterprise Subscriptions include a specific number of consultative services hours per year. All other customers can purchase consultative services at our standard professional services rates or upgrade to a Platinum or Unlimited subscription.
