Which energy drink will help me pull all-nighters so I can sleep during the day?
I’m sitting here, at almost 2 am trying to write a 20 page paper, so I’m there with ya. I’m a professional procrastinator. What I do is drink those Starbucks premade mocha lattes. I only drink 1 every few hours and I also eat snacks, (not heavy meals because this will make you sleepy!!) and drink a lot of water. Also, you need to take periodic breaks and get up and move around to get some endorphins going and wake you back up. If you start to fall asleep rub the roof of your mouth with your tongue. It will cause a itchy-tickly sensation and wake you back up for the moment. Good luck!
