Both HTML and PDF formats have their advantages and disadvantages. Presenting an indexed PDF on-line is a quicker and easier initial set up than the development effort required for an HTML application. However, PDF’s can be bulky to archive, slower to retrieve and lack dynamic marketing capabilities available in HTML.
