Which Dutch companies would be interested in in a study on change project portfolio governance and director motivation?
I am seeking a Dutch company interested to take part in a study aimed at a developing guidance on practical structures for corporate boards to ensure good governance of change initiatives. This study is an activity of the Governance SIG of the Association for Project Management. Three sets of corporate governance guidance have already been developed by the SIG and this study will deepen the focus on two specific strands. These are Directing Portfolios and the Motivation of Directors. Benefits of participating • gaining valuable insights from the opportunity to discuss the approach to portfolio direction and the extent of the influence of directors’ motivations on this with an independent and objective individual. • access to the conclusions of the study showing (in anonymised form) how other organisations approach portfolio direction and the influence on this of directors’ motivations.
