I’ve heard that the Maybelline Jade Super Stay 24h Makeup covers pores really well. I haven’t tried it on myself though. As for concealer, I’d suggest you use a concealer with a creamy texture so it will cover up your black heads better. For under the eyes, it depends on what undertone you have. If you have a purplish undertone, then I suggest you use a concealer with a yellow tint to it. If you have a greenish or bluish tone, then use a pink/salmon shade. Make sure you get a concealer that is a few shades lighter than your face’s tone to minimise the darkness and brighten up your eyes.
